The Mighty Mt. Annapurna falls under the Annapurna Conservation Area (ACAP). The region itself is rich in flora and fauna. The trail leads you through astounding rhododendron forest, bamboo, and snow-capped woodlands.
The local people we will experience in Annapurna Base Camp Course are a blended ethnic bunch. Brahmans and Chhetris in lower heights and Mongolians in Himalaya. The trail leads through the towns of charming Gurung and Magar. Generally, Gurung and Magar individuals are within the zone, famous for the Gurkha regiment.

Best Time for ABC Trek
From mid-September to November and March to May are the best seasons to trek to Annapurna Base Camp. If you’d like to maintain a distance from the crowd at that point, it is suggested to journey in winter (December – February). The temperature is cold in the mornings but not intolerable, and it is warm amid day climbs and clear sky with incredible see most of the days.

Itinerary of Annapurna Base Camp Trek
Annapurna Base Camp Trek starts and ends in Pokhara, the second most significant and most beautiful city in Nepal. It is mesmerizing in natural beauty and scenery. It is 200km to the west of Kathmandu. All domestic airlines run several flights daily from Kathmandu to Pokhara, which cost USD 122.00 per person. About 7-8 hours drive by tourist bus. Local buses and micro-buses leave every one hour from Kathmandu till 3 pm. Green Line Buses (USD 25.00 per person) and other tourist buses live every morning.
Here is the itinerary of Annapurna Base Camp Trek
Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (8,50m) Duration: 6-7 hours.
The journey begins with a drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, which is nearly 7 hours along with the beautiful views and scenery. Finally, the journey ends with reaching Pokhara and transferring to the hotel in a beautiful location near Phewa lakes.
Day 2: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk (1,940m) Duration: 5-6 hours.
The journey continues with a 3-hour drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and then continues with a further 2-3 hours of trek to the Ghandruk village.
Day 3: Trek from Ghandruk to Chomrong (2,210m) Duration: 5-6 hours.
The day begins with the track from Ghandruk to Chomrong village. The trek Starts from Ghandruk village to Kyuri Khola and then to Kimrong Danda. And then, on walking to another hill, we reach Gurung village to Chomrong, which is at the height of 2,170m. Here we stay overnight at a guesthouse with authentic food.
Day 4: Trek from Chomrong to Himalaya (2,840m) Duration: 5-6 hours.
On this day, tracking follows Chhomrong River, and again we continue climbing to Khuldighar at the height of 2,380m, where we reach ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area).On the route, we cross through the rhododendron forest and reach Dovan. Then we spent the night in a lodge.
Day 5: Trek from Himalaya to ABC (4,130m) Duration: 5-6 hours.
The trekking tour continues to Annapurna Base Camp, known as Annapurna Sanctuary, covered with lofty mountains. Here we get to see the fantastic view of Annapurna, Annapurna South, and Barah Shikhar right in front of our eyes. And here we stay the night.
Day 6: Trek from ABC to Bamboo (2,400m) Duration: 5-6 hours
We trek to Bamboo village for 5-6 hours on this day. And then we stay for the night with mouth-watering breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Day 7: Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,760m) via Chomrong: Duration: 5-6 hours
This morning, we walked to Sinuwa Village and then to Chomorong. Then we head up to Jhinu dada. This place offers refreshing hot springs just a 20-minute walk downhill near Modi River.
Day 8: Trek from Jhinu Danda to Nayapul and drive to PokharaDuration: 6-7 hours
This is the final day of trekking. After leaving Jhinu Danda, we trek to Siwai. Then we have lunch there and drive back to Pokhara, exploring the city, and overnight stay in a hotel.
Day 9: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu; Duration: 6-7 hours
After enjoying this beautiful and unique journey with many memories of cultural and geographical beauty, we then head to Kathmandu with 6-7 hours of drive or 30 min by flight.
Day 10: International departure from Kathmandu Airport
After reaching Kathmandu, our team will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your way back to your country, hoping this is an epic and spectacular trek.
